Mammoth ivory turning blank from an ancient mammoth tusk.

A turning blank 1/2" square by 4.5 inch length of real ancient mammoth ivory.

This is top grade fossil mammoth ivory. It will not have cracks or other structural flaws although our customers must realize that seldom is mammoth ivory white. It is usually almond colored and sometimes with a mottled pattern or grain.This is quite attractive and a feature of its great age of 10,000 to 20,000 years.

Well seasoned and ideal for turning.
