U.S. Shipping:

 We ship via Priority mail and USPS Ground and we charge a flat rate of $9 per order to all US addresses. The size of your order does not change this low shipping charge.

  Most orders are sent the day you place your order or the following morning. Our shipping system will email you the tracking number for your package within a day or so of purchase. Your package will be sent with delivery confirmation with tracking but it does not require a signature when delivered. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages at your location or within the postal system We respectfully ask that you do not bug us or hound us when your package has not arrived as fast as you would like. We ship quickly and then it is out of our hands - what more can I say except that we should not endure questions about a package that is out of our hands. If you are that tight on time with your important project then why didn't you order the parts a week earlier?

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

International customers please read ALL of the below information.

International shipping is $24 per order. This is average for our actual international shipping cost. If it costs us significantly more than $24 to ship your order then we will contact you to pay the extra actual cost of shipping. If the extra cost is more than you wish to pay then we will refund your purchase but we cannot refund the PayPal fee portion.

Please provide your complete address in English. We also need to add your phone number to the package. Please email this information to us at instrumentparts@roadrunner.com.  

International buyers are buying with a shipping risk. We ship international packages with tracking but not all nations support tracking so the tracking will show it going to the US border and will show details of the tracking in your nation only if your nation supports tracking of packages coming in from foreign nations. If your package is lost or stolen we will not refund your purchase. Packages are lost or stolen in many countries and areas - most especially in Italy, Eastern Europe, China, Brazil and Africa.If you live in one of these areas please do not purchase from us! We do not want to deal with people being upset and wanting a refund - no refunds on lost or stolen packages!
