Genuine Black over red laminated Linen Micarta® by Norplex Micarta® of their high grade fine linen mesh material. Thermoset with phenolic resin this material is the most stable and durable handle stock available. This material will not cause expansion-contraction or moisture absorption problems and polishes to a high gloss by buffing with standard wheels and rouge.

The topmost layer of laminate is black with alternating red and black layers throughout.
