These are quality blanks that are plenty oversize on all dimensions to finish at industry standard or larger. Our 1911 blanks are well over .300" in thickness and our SAA blanks are .600" thick or thicker - way above the .500" standard grip thickness.
This is quality water buffalo horn with quality cutting.
